We realise that shipping rates can be frustrating for our customers after adding their items to the cart just to find exorbitant shipping costs. To make it easier we have split our shipping into four basic categories:

• North Island Packages – Fastway
• South Island Packages – Fastway
• North Island Freight – Mainfreight (Heavy or large items)
• South Island Freight – Mainfreight (Heavy or large items)
• International – not currently available – please contact us for enquiries

Please note we DO NOT ship to PO boxes. Addresses must be a physical address.

Typically we dispatch orders on the day of the order. You can expect delivery within 2 days of the order. However if, for whatever reason, we are unable to supply the items in a timely manner we will contact you.
